Ms. Scherbakova, started at Comspan in 1992 and helped oversee the company's merchant banking and trade operations. When the company decided to keep its activities in Russia strictly focused within the sphere of entertainment, she became the re-organized company's Chief Financial officer.
In 1995 she took over responsibility for all of the company's event promotion and production activities and has literally produced hundreds of live events over the past several years. Under her direction Comspan expanded from just doing live music events, to now including fashion shows, sporting events, and arena spectaculars.
In 2000 she was given the title and responsibilities of President and Chief Operating officer.
She is a graduate of the Moscow University of International Economic Relations and attended Cambridge University in Great Britain.
She began her working career as a consultant to prominent U.S. companies seeking to expand their operations throughout the former Soviet Union. Ms. Scherbakova has served as a consultant to such distinguished companies as McDonald's, Hewlett Packard, and Monsanto.
Currently, Ms. Scherbakova also holds the title of President for the Los Angeles - St. Petersburg Sister City Committee.
